Having fun with the Kaufmans!

By | September 24, 2014

Hey everyone!

Everyones favorite uncle Lloyd Kaufman of Troma fame is in Copenhagen in order to present a 35mm print of his cult masterpiece “Toxic Avenger” on Friday during the “Blodig Weekend” film festival. Having worked with Lloyd a couple of times I had the opportunity to spend a couple of days with the man and his lovely wife, Pat. Lots of fun, sailing through the canals of Copenhagen, visiting Hamlets old home in Elsingore, plus having the opportunity to help out Lloyd shooting some introduction clips for the upcoming US Blu-Ray releases of Toxic Avenger 2+3, it’s been an honor and a privilege to support Troma. Plus – I had the opportunity to play Toxie for a day, all good fun in the name of.. Well.. Indie filmmaking as its best! 😀

Anyway, just wanted to share this with you.. While here, Lloyd are also to shoot a cameo for “Escaping the Dead”, which is a zombie feature film I’m currently starring in myself plus an introduction-kind-of-thing for the short film “Høsten” (“Harvest”) I am also shooting (and directing) these days – both in collaboration with Martin Sonntag and Bastian Brinch Pedersen.

Yes, we are having fun! 😀lloyd-pat-kim
